Description
Wine ruby red color. Fruity aroma, with cherry, black fruit, some compote, spices. Wood present, in balance with primary aromas. In the mouth, it is structured and fresh, with polished tannin in perfect symbiosis with the aroma.
After careful selection of our best grapes, they are defused, crushed and placed in stainless steel vats where they perform the cold 24-hour maceration, alcoholic fermentation, with selected yeasts, and malolactic fermentation.
After all the winemaking processes are completed, the wine is aged 6 months in French oak barrels.
