Description
Tasting notes: It has an intense ruby color. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, such as cherry, notes of black fruits, a floral touch typical of the variety, spices, and subtle notes of wood. On the palate, it is structured, fresh, with round tannins and a long, persistent finish.
About the Producer: Sa'Vinum was born from João Sá's desire to continue the wine production business created by his father.
His passion for the Douro region and dedication to creating fine wines fueled his dream, leading to the construction of a new winery in 2019 where all Sa'Vinum wines are produced.
