Sourced from old vines with an average age of over 50 years, this wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
It has a deep ruby color with violet undertones, revealing youth and concentration.
On the nose, an aromatic complexity stands out with notes of ripe black fruits, combined with hints of sweet spices, cedar, and light suggestions of vanilla from aging in wood. Subtle nuances of Mediterranean herbs and minerality complete the profile.
Structured and elegant, with firm but well-integrated tannins and a velvety texture. The palate is rich, dominated by flavors of ripe black fruit, cocoa, and spices, balanced by a vibrant acidity that lingers on the finish. The aftertaste is persistent, with notes of roasted coffee.
