Side Dishes: Excellent as an appetizer, and also pairs well with fish and seafood dishes.
Transparent and pale pink in color, with a fine and lively aroma revealing a complex profile of forest fruits. On the palate, it is very elegant, with notes of aromatic herbs, fresh and persistent.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested in 15kg boxes. Vinification in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Aging in stainless steel vats.
