Intense color, complex aromas with notes of ripe black fruit and spices. On the palate, it presents vigorous tannins, polished by barrel aging. Long, balanced, and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Night harvesting by hand in 15kg boxes. Vinification by grape variety, in lagares (traditional stone troughs) with foot treading. Aged for 16 months in new French oak barrels.
