Intense aromatic concentration with mineral highlights, spices, and some notes of dark chocolate and ripe fruit. A powerful, elegant, and smooth wine, with firm tannins and a very persistent finish.

Winemaking:
The bunches are destemmed and passed through a sorting table for optimal selection of the berries. The grapes are then crushed before being transferred to the traditional marble lagares, where they are foot-trodden. Alcoholic fermentation finishes in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 days of post-fermentation maceration. Aged for 12 months in new American and French oak barrels.
