Tasting Notes: A wine with a smooth, fresh and fruity aroma, in perfect combination with the wood. On the palate, it is structured, fresh, with round and elegant tannins in a long and pleasant finish. A natural and pure red wine.
Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested from the vineyard near the winery after careful selection to reduce production. The colheita took place at night. The different varieties were fermented separately in Seguin Moreau French oak vats at a controlled temperature, forcing a longer fermentation period. The wine aged for 12 months in Seguin Moreau French oak barrels. The bottles rested in the cellar for 18 months before being released.
