Description

Vinification: Vindima began at the end of August. Greats carried in 20kg boxes, to the cellar and immediately cooled in a refrigeration chamber to be crushed and deceived the next day. The process of winemaking resembles that of red wine, in which the fermentation was contacted with the grape films (tanning). After alcoholic fermentation, grapes were pressed and all the wine passed to 225L barrels of used French oak and internship for a period of 30 months to traffic jam.

Aromas and proof: Kaputt Orange, edition limited to 573 bottles, of an interesting tone straw yellow hue, has a rich and complex aromatic profile of lump fruits with peach and alperce, soft notes of dry fruits and resin and herbaceous nuances. Good mouth volume, harmonious balance of tannins. Refreshing acidity and the complexity of flavors.
