VINIFICATION : The harvest began at the end of August. Grapes were transported in 20kg boxes to the winery and immediately cooled in a cold chamber to be crushed and destemmed the following day. The winemaking process is similar to that of red wine, where fermentation takes place in contact with the grape skins (skin contact). After alcoholic fermentation, the grapes were pressed and all the wine was transferred to 225L French oak barrels used for a period of 30 months until bottling.
Aromas and Tasting Notes: Kaputt Orange, a limited edition of 573 bottles, with an interesting straw-yellow hue, presents a rich and complex aromatic profile of stone fruits such as peach and apricot, soft notes of dried fruit, and resinous and herbaceous nuances. Good volume on the palate, harmonious balance of tannins. Refreshing acidity and complexity of flavors.
