Kaputt Laranja

Vinification: Vindima began at the end of August. Greats carried in 20kg boxes, to the cellar and immediately cooled in a refrigeration chamber to be crushed and deceived the next day. The process of winemaking resembles that of red wine, in which the fermentation was contacted with the grape films (tanning). After alcoholic fermentation, grapes were pressed and all the wine passed to 225L barrels of used French oak and internship for a period of 30 months to traffic jam.
