Kaputt Palhete has a pale salmon-red color, complex aromas with notes of cherry and forest floor. On the palate, it reveals an excellent balance of acidity and freshness, with a well-structured body.
Winemaking:
Grapes from old vines with several mixed old white and red varieties. The harvest took place in early September. White and red grapes were harvested at the same time and co-fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The batch aged in vats for a period of 14 months.
