Vinification:
Manual vintage at the best time, grapes are deceived, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration with color extraction, tannins and films of the films, complemented by permanent reassemblies during fermentation. This process takes place in Cubas the controlled temperature between 28-30ºC, until it reaches the desired baumé. In this phase it is added wine brandy (benefit), originating a generous wine. Exceptional quality wine, a single harvest, bottled between the room and the sixth year after the vintage.
TEST NOTES:
Ruby color intense. Wonderfully lush and vibrant bouquet with jams and sweet aromas of ripe fruits. A full and engaging mouth sensation with very rich and juicy flavors to wild fruits. Full -bodied and strong on the palate with a delicious and persistent ending.
