Description

Hand picking for 20 kg boxes. The grapes, duly selected and partially destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats for 15 days. In stainless steel vat. With a medium to deep ruby color, complex, balanced and with lively aromas, where notes of raspberry and plums stand out. In the mouth it is elegant, with a light and subtle body, with soft tannins.
