Description

The Lavradores de Feitoria Três Bagos Grande Escolha red wine results from a field blend Made from old vines over 60 years old, planted in schist soils and sourced from different estates in the Douro region. Vinified using foot treading in granite lagares and aged in French oak barrels, it reveals an intense, almost opaque red color. The aroma stands out for its intensity and complexity, with notes of ripe black fruit and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and elegant, with smooth tannins and balanced acidity, culminating in a harmonious whole with excellent aging potential.

Lavradores de Feitoria is a project, created in September 2000, resulting from the union of 15 farmers, owners of 18 farms distributed throughout the best areas. terroirs Douro wines, spread across three sub-regions. Currently, it comprises 48 shareholders, 15 of whom are grape producers, and 19 estates, which together cover an area of ​​600 hectares of vineyards.

Thus, Lavradores de Feitoria is a unique project of Douro region associates, invited to bring together their knowledge and experience, innovation and tradition.
