Description
Lento Vinhas Velhas red wine is produced from vines over 100 years old, carefully hand-harvested. The Touriga Nacional, Bastardo, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Roriz and Tinto Cão grape varieties give it a unique complexity. Vinification takes place spontaneously in granite lagares, with a small portion in stainless steel, without the use of wood. The long and delicate macerations result in a wine that reflects the subtlety of the Douro, born in rhythm with the vineyard and nature, with a pure and authentic expression.
Geographic Wines is a project by Daniela Matias and Nuno Morais Vaz that aims to create wines that reveal the genuine characteristics of the grape varieties and their characteristics. terroirs that give rise to them.
