The Lés-a-Lés project stemmed from winemaker Jorge Rosa Santos's desire to revive ancient grape varieties and wine styles that are almost extinct in Portugal. Each wine is, therefore, an invitation to discover forgotten heritage.

Castes: Sauvignon Blanc

Flavor and Aroma: The wine's nose is very captivating and complex, with light tropical notes, asparagus, a mineral inclination, and plenty of freshness and salinity. Always restrained. On the palate, the salinity and fresh character of the Sauvignon Blanc planted in Lisbon and its proximity to the sea are confirmed. The oak used is very well integrated, providing only volume and some unctuousness.
