The Lés-a-Lés project stemmed from winemaker Jorge Rosa Santos's desire to revive ancient grape varieties and wine styles that are almost extinct in Portugal. Each wine is, therefore, an invitation to discover forgotten heritage.
Color: Citrine
Flavor and Aroma: Aromas of blueberry, red berries, olive, and a chemical undertone. On the palate, the same aromas are blended with some currants. It has a medium acidity. Short finish, but consistent with the rest of the flavor.
