Description
It is a fine and discreet wine, tense and mineral, heavily influenced by its terroir. Its aroma is delicate and complex, with floral, citrus and herbal notes. On the palate it presents a medium body, with stronger citrus notes, and good acidity.
The Lés-a-Lés project stemmed from winemaker Jorge Rosa Santos's desire to revive ancient grape varieties and wine styles that are almost extinct in Portugal. Each wine is, therefore, an invitation to discover forgotten heritage. Just as the expression "Lés-a-Lés" in Portuguese means "to go from one end to the other".
