The Lés-a-Lés project came from the desire of winemaker Jorge Rosa Santos to recover old grape varieties and wine styles that almost no longer exist in Portugal. Each wine is, therefore, an invitation to discover forgotten heritage. Just as the expression “Lés-a-Lés” means in Portuguese “to go from one end to the other”.
