Descrição
This wine fermented 50% in an earthenware amphora with only the Viosinho variety and with a week's maceration. The other 50% (rabigato, gouveio and esganacão) fermented and aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels. It is a very gastronomic wine, one of those that fills your mouth. It has a very special character because you can feel the amphora and the barrel at the same time. Complex, with aromas of stone fruit, very floral and with a lot of structure. Mineral, where you feel the barrel and clay in perfect harmony. Good balance, fresh with a long finish.
