Lima Mayer 2 Tintos Red

Lima Mayer wines are produced at Quinta de São Sebastião in Monforte, which was part of one of the most traditional and prestigious agricultural estates in the Alto Alentejo region, belonging to the Marquis of Praia and Monforte. Its terrain is gentle, the soils granitic, and the estate is largely covered by holm oak and cork oak woodlands, with some rocky outcrops. It is bordered by two streams that are a huge contributor to water resources and lend extraordinary beauty to the landscape. On 20 hectares of vineyards, they select a range of the best Iberian and French grape varieties, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, and Aragonês.
