A very attractive citrine color in the aroma, where notes of lime, orange blossom and vibrant minerality stand out. A captivating wine on the palate, with lively acidity and balanced structure. With a seductive and fresh finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes from pre-selected plots, transported in 22 kg boxes, underwent rigorous sorting upon arrival at the winery. After destemming and pressing, the must was transferred to a stainless steel tank where it was kept at a temperature of 8°C for 48 hours until decantation. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°C for a period of 30 days. Aging for 8 months in stainless steel, bâtonnage on fine lees, protected from oxygen.
