Bright citrus color, nose with fresh aromas of citrus fruits and soft floral notes. Excellent projection and aromatic persistence where a marked minerality stands out. On the palate it starts fresh and enveloping, evolving into a textured wine, with excellent volume, marked by mineral notes well integrated into a vibrant acidity. It finishes fresh, balanced and with excellent persistence.
Winemaking:
The grapes from pre-selected plots, transported in 22 kg boxes, underwent rigorous sorting upon arrival at the winery. After destemming and pressing, the must was transferred to a stainless steel tank where it was kept at a temperature of 8°C for 48 hours until decantation. After the start of alcoholic fermentation in the tank, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 15°C for a period of 30 days. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, with bâtonnage on fine lees.
