Bright violet color, excellent aromatic intensity with fresh notes of wild berries and elegant hints of spice. A seductive wine with excellent volume, a solid structure composed of elegant tannins. It finishes harmoniously and with excellent persistence.
Winemaking:
The grapes were transported in 50-pound plastic crates and underwent rigorous sorting upon arrival at the winery. After complete destemming and light crushing, the must was transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation tanks. Part of the wine aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
