Description

Winemaking:

Harvested in 22 kg boxes. Destemming and crushing, 12 hours of pre-fermentation maceration at 34ºC to maximize enzyme activity, use of selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation with temperature control (22-24ºC), pump-overs. Aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.


Tasting notes:

Elegant, full-bodied, fresh and very well balanced. Long-lasting, with returning floral and berry notes.
