  It is a large increase in depth and power over your elegant brother, the Barrosa vineyard. Intense, clear and quite impressive this year, is engaging in the end, silky and impressive. Its structure and acidity must give it a long life ahead, but it also has a depth to support these structural items.

Vinification:
Cultivated with grape bruising planted in clay-calcary soils in vineyards with an average age of 40 years. At the end of August a first vintage was made for the production of sparkling ('sparkling') of the same grapes, about 2/3, to increase the concentration and anticipate the maturation of the grapes left in the vineyard to vindue at the end of September to produce this old vineyards. Vinified in stainless steel vats for 10 days, he interned in used barrels (650l capacity) for 12 months.
