Description
Pale-straw color. There is a nose of orange peels and a diamond of some hybrid tropical fruit, something between Sapoti, beans and melon. It has a really soft viscosity, but about a very clean and persistent acidity line. At the moment when she finally slides out her tongue, much of the orange turned into Tangelo and faded. It is a highly satisfactory adventure that is never at all scary.
Vinification:
This wine is very two-time (50%) in limestone-soothing soil, cercial (25%) and Sercalinho (25%) in sandy soil. Fermented and matured in stainless steel vats.
