The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in boxes of 18 kg. In the cellar, direct prior, cold decantation, fermented 40% stainless steel, 60% barrel - bâtonnage. 14 months internship in neutral barrel.
Proof Note: Citrus yellow color, fresh aroma with citrus and mineral notes. In the mouth it is silky with a fantastic acidity, making the wine very firm.
