The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 18 kg boxes. In the winery, direct pressing, cold settling, fermentation 40% in stainless steel, 60% in barrel – bâtonnage. Aged for 14 months in neutral barrels.
Tasting notes: Citrus yellow color, fresh aroma with citrus and mineral notes. On the palate it is silky with fantastic acidity, making the wine very firm.
