Description
Tasting Note: Floral with spicy and balsamic notes, resulting from its prolonged aging in wood, this wine with notes of white orchard fruit promises not to leave anyone indifferent. Natural freshness conferred by its proximity to the ocean.
Winemaking: 5000L French oak vats, without temperature control and using only indigenous yeasts. 36 months in French oak barrels.
