Description
Tasting Note: Rich in ripe fruity aromas of some exuberance, giving primacy to the primary fruity notes, leaving a creamy and voluminous sensation in the mouth. Natural freshness conferred by its proximity to the ocean.
Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 26°C using only indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12 months in used oak barrels (75%) and 12 months in stainless steel (25%).
