Vinification:
Pre-fermentation maceration for 12 hours with cooling, gentle pressing, natural decantation followed immediately by slow fermentation at controlled temperature and aging in oak barrels.
Test results:
Intense wine, due to the terroir of the Encruzado variety. It is revealed in the tasting by the combination of citric fruits and mint aromas with mineral notes.
