Description
Vinification:
Vinified by the traditional process with prolonged maceration in stainless steel vats with a controlled fermentation temperature of 26ºC. Aging in French oak barrels for 9 months and subsequent aging in the bottle.
Test results:
Ruby color where aromas of spices stand out, combined with ripe fruits. The French oak barrels give rise to notes of toast, providing complexity combined with a balanced acidity. It has polished tannins but with a full body.
