Description
Vinification:
Vinified by the traditional process with prolonged maceration in stainless steel vats with a controlled fermentation temperature of 26ºC.
Test results:
The distinction and sophistication that gave rise to this wine created at an altitude of 580m, results in a ruby color that enhances its aroma of calendula and red fruits, with a long and persistent finish.
