Citrus color. Intense aroma, with tropical notes and white-fleshed fruits. In the mouth it is a complex wine, with the characteristic freshness of the variety.
Winemaking:
Destemming of the grapes. The grape berry enters the pneumatic press from the must to a vat where it rests for 24 hours at a temperature between 18º-20ºC. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
