Citrus color. Intense aroma, with tropical notes and white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, it is a complex wine, with the characteristic freshness of the grape variety.
Winemaking:
Destemming of the grapes. The grape berries enter the pneumatic press, leaving the must for a vat where they rest for 24 hours at a temperature between 18º-20ºC. Fermentation at a controlled temperature.
