Deep and very complex with notes of macerated berries, fresh jams, tar, spices and a vegetal touch. Rich, yet restrained tannins, vigor, elegance and personality. Still quite young, it is a very expressive, solid and serious red wine, pure and unpretentious.
Winemaking:
Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose color and texture are extracted from the skins and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of the red wine.
