When the grapes arrive at the winery, the whole bunches are pressed with the stems to obtain a controlled and delicate extraction. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels and lasts 12 to 15 days in total. Only 5% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. Maturation is carried out for 12 months in barrels with periodic bâtonnage. Before bottling, the wine is clarified with appropriate doses of bentonite and cold-stabilized. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels.
Light yellow in color. It is a complex, elegant, and vibrant wine, offering delicious flavors of white pear with mineral notes and hints of toasted hazelnuts. Deeply concentrated, with a silky texture and layers of pear and ripe fig, as well as mineral flavors. Long and vibrant finish.
