Pale pink color and elegant. Expressive and intense aromatically. Fruity, with notes of currant, cherry and strawberry. On the palate it is balanced, with the fruity sensation dominating. Excellent harmony between volume and acidity.
Winemaking:
Made exclusively from red grape varieties, vinified in open vats. Very gentle crushing and pressing allow for the extraction and selection of a slightly rosé must, which is clarified until the desired level of clarity is achieved. Alcoholic fermentation followed at a controlled temperature of 14ºC-16ºC. After fermentation, maturation on fine lees allows this wine to reach the quality for bottling. Bottling is preceded by fining, tartaric stabilization and filtration.
