Description

Maynard's Colheitas have been carefully selected and aged in French oak casks to reveal a rich, full-bodied structure with a perfect, elegant balance characteristic of the oldest tawny ports.

The winemaking process takes place in stainless steel tanks with 1 day of pre-fermentation and maceration, followed by 2 days of fermentation.
A Colheita Port is a wine dated from a single harvest, aged in wooden casks for about seven years and bottled to order.
