Side Dishes: Slightly refreshed, it expresses all the delicacy and sophistication when combined with caramel desserts, dried fruits and spices, such as caramel fondant with apple and ginger jam, tatin tart, burnt milk cream and intense cheeses.
Fantastic mixed aromas of juicy sweet fruits and oak barrel, vanilla, dark chocolate and caramelized dried fruits, with a very refined acidity.
Winemaking:
Unique harvest. It aged in wood for more than 10 years, although Colheitas Port wines are never aged for less than 7 years in wooden casks.
