Description
Deep brown in color with a brick-red rim. On the nose it is harmonious and complex, with notes of molasses and caramel subtly blended with aromas of raisins and black plum. The palate offers concentration and density, with hints of ripe black fruits and dried fruits, balanced by a lively acidity. The aftertaste is seductive and delicate.
Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to stone lagares (wine presses) where they were manually crushed for optimal extraction of color, tannins, and aromatic compounds. At the end of the harvest, the wine was transferred to 600L barrels where it aged until the ideal bottling time was decided.
