Intense orange-brick brown color with amber reflections. The nose is elegant and intense, with aromas of dried fruits, especially walnut, vanilla, lemongrass and nuances of peppermint. In the mouth it is voluptuous and balanced, with a striking acidity counterbalancing an almost excessive sweetness, notes of honey and spices, slight smoke and subtle ripe fruit. Round, long and durable.
Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to stone presses where they were manually treaded for optimal extraction of color, tannins and aromatic compounds. At the end of the harvest, the wine was transferred to 600L barrels where it aged until the ideal bottling moment was decided.
