Intense ruby color with purplish tones and aromas composed of wild fruits and plums, combined with spicy aromas. In the mouth it is silky and powerful, with rich and well-balanced tannins, keeping the promise of excellent aging. Fine and elegant finish.
Winemaking:
Manual harvesting. They were cooled in a cold room at 14°C for 12 hours. Unfazed, they were crushed. Fermentation took place for 3 days with regular treading of the grapes. It was then aged for 2 years in barrels.
