Description
It has a dark ruby color, of great saturation. Very expressive nose, full of mature wild fruits. Let the acidity guess soft tits of today and green olive. In the mouth, intense and well -defined passion fruit - which quickly biased with wild fruits, full of freshness. Alcohol is very well integrated.
Vinification:
After crushing the grapes suffer a thermal shock followed by walking for four hours in granite mills. The must is transferred to small capacity wine fermentation tanks with temperature control. The varieties are vinified separately. This wine opened in second and third year barrels in a 225 -liter French oak.
