Menin Dona Beatriz

Menin D. Beatriz is the most special wine ever signed by Menin Douro Estates. When the passion for a region is such that it is dismayed in more than fifty castes united in one I bring. Made exclusively from old vineyards, it is the result of five years of constant and extreme care that translates into a wine of excellence that is only released in special years.

Vinification:

Transportation of grapes in boxes of 20 kg, preservation of them in a cold chamber to maintain aromatic freshness at the time of pre-fermentation maceration. Ripen on a whole bunch carpet, follows disgust and selection berry-a-bago in the second carpet of choice. The berries are only crushed at the time of entry into the Cuba, working the whole process by gravity. Fermentation in stainless steel and after the Malolactic Cup heads for new French oak barrels of 225L selected capacity carefully. The barrel internship took place for 20 months. After bottling the wine is in internship for about 18 months.
