Menin Grande Reserva White

Menin Grande Reserva Branco is a wine with a medium-intensity, citrine color. On the nose, it presents very fine notes of citrus fruit, white fruit, nuances from aging in oak barrels, and considerable minerality.

VINIFICATION After manual harvesting, the grapes are transported in 18kg capacity boxes to avoid damaging the bunch. Once at the winery, the boxes are unloaded onto a sorting conveyor for the first sorting of the grapes. This is followed by destemming, berry-by-berry selection and crushing, which are then transported by gravity to a pneumatic press. After clarification of the must, alcoholic fermentation began in oak barrels at low temperatures of around 12°C, in order to preserve all the varietal character of the Arinto grape. Alcoholic fermentation lasted approximately 20 days, after which the different components aged for 6 months with periodic bâtonnage.

TASTING NOTES: MENIN GRANDE RESERVA BRANCO 2020 is a wine with a medium-intensity, citrine color. The aroma is very complex and elegant, with notes of green tea, grapefruit, and peppermint. On the palate, it reveals great structure and unctuousness, full of minerality and class.
