Description
In the heart of Côte Chalonnaise, south of Beaune's Côte, the vineyard Mercurey is mainly planted with Pinot Noir. The vineyard is located on the southern slope.
Biological agriculture
In 2021, we began to convert our vineyard to biological agriculture. After several years of patient and meticulous work, 2024 will see the birth of our first certified harvest. And it is quite natural that our team wants to apply this same vision to our newly published Vines in Côte Chalonnaise, soon launching their own conversion.
Beautiful ruby color. Violet Notes on raspberry aromas mixed with spice aromas. Concentrated and complex. Very pleasant aromatic combination. Dense texture with well integrated tannins. Very good persistence.
