Meruge White 2019

In vines that are around 25 to 30 years old, planted in shale soils, the grapes are harvested manually and transported in small 25 kg boxes. After removing the peduncle and gently crushing, the grapes were pressed (pneumatic press), the wine was fermented and defecated in new 225 liter Portuguese oak barrels, with turbidity control. After fermentation in barrels, the wine matured for about 6 months. So he became the lot. The wine was stabilized and filtered. Beautiful straw golden in color, it is bright and clean. The aroma is clean, smooth and complex, with notes of vanilla, the result of aging in oak barrels, evolving into aromas of dried fruits such as walnuts and hazelnut. When it becomes the glass, more fruit is released, making it very rich and complex. On the palate, the first sensation is fresh, excellent acidity, perfect balance, then the emerging sensation of nuts like hazelnuts, from the mouth to the end of spices and some figs. Very harmonious, tasty and with a long finish. Promises longevity.
