Distinct from Tequila, which is exclusively made from blue agave, Mezcal Planta Santa Joven has the freedom to be distilled from various agave varieties, primarily including Maguey Espadin and other wild agaves. This Mezcal Joven, or "young" Mezcal, reveals an intense and authentic palate of cooked and roasted agave. Its taste profile is marked by robust herbaceous flavors, with light nuances of fresh mint, olives, and hints of sausage flavor.
