Description

OENOLOGY: Harvest date: Harvested in the second week of September, the bunch was thinned. Fermented in a stainless steel tank with whole bunches (carbonic maceration). Aging: Aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTE: The berry needs no introduction, it is our favorite variety. This Douro Berry has notes of dry leaves, autumn and wild fruit. Lots of earthy and mushroom notes. It has well-integrated tannins and very good acidity. Intense and long aftertaste for a young Baga.
