Side Dishes: Acompanha na perfeiçâo carnes vermelhas e assados.
Earthy and clay nuances. Notes of fresh strawberries and blackberries. Aniseed touches. Subtle but present herbal aroma. Flavors: Well marked red fruit. Plenty of acidity. Super light and elegant, fills the mouth. Aftertaste with some vegetal aromas that dissipate due to the unctuousness it leaves.
Winemaking:
Manual harvest in small 20kg boxes, fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Tinta Roriz fermented in a clay amphora, Alvarelhão fermented in open used barrels and Jean in a stainless steel tank with little maceration. Aging: 12 months in used French oak barrels from the 2nd and 3rd year.
