Description
Notes of raspberry and wild strawberry, with some floral notes. Flavors: Very elegant and delicate, super smooth tannins, quite fresh. It has some richness on the palate but very light! Flavor of wild raspberries and some red fruit present.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested in small 20kg boxes, fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats with very little maceration. Aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels.
