Miura PI Not Red
Description

Wild berries (strawberries, blackberries, red cherries), some leather, earthy notes. Super fragrant. Forest aroma. Quite complex. Flavors: Red fruit (cherry), with some floral touches, quite dry. Well-integrated tannins. High acidity but very well balanced. Light toasty note from the barrel. With excellent aging potential.

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested in small 20kg boxes, fermented with indigenous yeasts in open French oak barrels. 20% of the fermentation process involves whole bunches. Aging: 12 months in used 3rd and 4th year French oak barrels.
