Enoology:
Harvest Date: Vindimated in the second week of September, there was a bunch Monda. He fermented in stainless steel with 3C/0 from whole curls (carbonic maceration). Internship: Age 9 months in used French oak barrels.
Proof Note:
This wine presents notes of chocolate and earth, this very present the carbonic maceration. Very present black fruit, with different floral notes from the notes of a Douro National Touriga.
It has a very marked mouth freshness. Aromas of mature black fruit, but not not noted. Very balanced and super elegant.
