Miura Traja Red
Description

Earthy and clay-like nuances. Notes of fresh strawberries and blackberries. Aniseed touches. Subtle but present herbaceous aroma. Flavors: Well-defined red fruit. Quite acidic. Super light and elegant, it fills the mouth. Finish with some vegetal aromas that dissipate into the unctuousness it leaves.

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested in small 20kg boxes, fermented with indigenous yeasts. Tinta Roriz fermented in clay amphorae, Alvarelhão fermented in open used barrels, and Jean in stainless steel vats with minimal maceration. Aging: 12 months in used 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels.
